It's been too long since I last blogged. I'm pretty sure over a month in unacceptable. My blog has probably started to rust since it was last in use. Anyway, newa. Umm...
Saw The Dark Knight. IMAX is awesome. I felt like i was looking out of a window onto the action or something. Massive screens FTW. And Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne = really really hot. I have no attraction to Christian Bale normally, I mean, he looks awful with a shaved head and facial hair, but I really cannot deny my attraction to him in this movie.
I recently had candy floss pink hair...
...which was nice for the short time it lasted.
I also bought an awesome dress. Admittedly the awesome dress is not the main subject of this picture. Than honour goes to the white wall to the left of the shot. I think this picture is a shining example of my poor photographic skills.
That was taken last night, before going out for dinner to La Tasca. It was all going well until the boy encountered numerous bits of plastic is our tapas. Not being particularly fussy diners, we continued with our food, and at the end when the waiter came to clear our table, I mentioned it. More in a "You should know this so it doesn't happen to anyone else" sort of a way rather than an "I'm mad at you, discount my bill and profusely apologise" way. The waiter instantly fetched the manager who studies the bits of plastic before announcing to me that "We don't serve plastic though". What a genius response. So helpful. So insightful. We got free coffee and dessert though, so yay.
Shit, it's 2.44am. I should probably sleep.
OH SHIT, I had my eyebrows threaded today (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Threading_(epilation). That sounds wrong. It makes it sound like somone sewed them up or something, but anyway. Anyway, IT HURT. Like as in, really rather a lot. I've read reviews that say it's less painful than waxing and plucking, but I'm thinking not. I mean it was bearable, but far from pleasant. That being said, I totally would do it again as my eyebrows are looking pretty sharp right now.
