Today...

...I think I stumbled into Filton's gay capital.
WHO KNEW??!

That model...

...in the purple features in my blog more times than I'd like. I'm almost tempted to hunt new pics of the bags that don't include her, just so that she is less of a prominant feature in my recent posts.

Neglect!

I am such a blog neglecter! Quite obviously I've been busy, and I actually really like it. After 3 years of doing not a great deal, I actually have somewhere to be everyday and things to think about.

In bag news, I pretty much got screwed over by the opening of Cabot Circus (http://www.cabotcircus.com/) as every shop seemed to be rammed full of Paul's Boutique bags. For a while I was very against having the same bag as everyone else in Bristol, until I saw one that completely stole my heart and I just could not resist purchasing it. It is essentially this bag...

Only instead of the rubbish 'I ♥ PB' patch, it has an 'I Hate Your Band' patch and a skull patch on each time. I love love love it.

Other than shopping, there has been schooling. The first 2 weeks of my placement have been good...I now know that this year really is going to be every bit as hard as I thought. School seems to be on my mind mostly all of the time. On several occasions I've been lying in bed, drifting off to sleep when suddenly I'll have an idea for a lesson or an activity, so I'll turn on the light and frantically scrabble about for a piece of paper so I can get my idea down and attempt to return to sleep. I should probably try to remember not to let it take over my life.

At school one of the Geography teachers mentioned how she recently went 'letterboxing' on Dartmoor. I Googled it and oh my god, it sounds like the geekiest yet funnest thing ever (http://www.dartmoorletterboxing.org/history%20of%20Letterboxing.htm). I would never have thought that running around Dartmoor would sound like fun, but this makes it sound like a massive treasure hunt, which is awesome. I might make my Dad go with me sometime (I would almost certainly die on Dartmoor without a relatively well skilled walker to help me map read and not get lost!)

Umm, that is all. I might drag myself out of bed, get breakfast and go shopping now.
