I just went for a run. It was so embarrassingly short that classifying it as 'a run' is probably an exaggeration, but I left my house in trainers and leggings and travelled at a pace slightly faster that what is normal for me, and I managed to break a sweat.
However short it was, I'm still pretty certain that my muscles are going to be hurting tomorrow. Running and a cheese free diet...if I don't see any results in a couple of weeks I will so not be happy (and FYI, it's not like cutting out cheese is my only dieting tactic!)

Why is it...
...that every time I try to diet, all my food is eaten off a spoon and served in a bowl??
Soup, cereal, fruit.......

Holy Shit
I am in the presence of sunshine. I'm lying in bed with my window slightly open and I can feel some hint of warmth. I'm almost more excited about the brightness.
Okay, this may not sound very exciting, I mean sun, big deal. BUT, it is a big deal as I swear there's been nothing but crappy ass rain for the past month. This makes me remember that there actually is a sun, and that in about 4 months time, summer should be almost here. Not that I'm expecting much as well...it's England.
What else? Umm...going to Center Parcs in a month (I hate that they spell it like that :( ) I have a month to make myself look good in a bikini. Also, in the end Center Parcs won over Tegan and Sara. In the end I figured I could do with the money I'll hopefully make from selling the tickets.
And I never did find out what happened in the second episode of Diagnosis Murder

Getting sent home from work equals...
...lying in bed watching Diagnosis Murder. What is so not cool is that it's a 2 part episode and I'm working tomorrow so I'm never going to know what happens :(
If by any chance, anyone does know what happens in part 2 of the episode where the old doctor dude gets kidnapped by a (seemingly innocent) guy that's been charged with murdering his wife, let me know asap!
Oh man, and I really should get off my ass and write my personal statement for my PGCE application form. I can't decide whether my procrastination is down to sheer laziness or the fear that if I do get accepted, it'll turn out that I'm a rubbish teacher. One of those teachers who's lessons you look forward to because you know you won't have to do shit all as they are utterly incapableof controlling their class. Eek!
What else? Umm, just got TA tickets for their UK show. I really don't think a year would be complete without a Tiger Army show. I think I've seen them every year since I was 18. I also just found out that the Tegan and Sara showI have tickets for clashes with a friends birthday weekend at Center Parcs (http://www.centerparcs.co.uk/villages/longleat/index.jsp). Do I...
a) Miss the show. I missed their tour last time and I was/am really REALLY excited about seeing them.
b) Miss the weekend away. This would mean a lot of fun would happen without me.
c) Cut the weekend short by a day and go to the show (this would mean paying for 4 days and only really staying 2.5)
d) Buy tickets for another date on the tour that is probably 3 times as far away that the show I currently have tickets for. This way I get to do both but it's at a price!
With Option D, there's always the possibility I'll love the show so much, I'll have to see them at the show I already have tickets for AS WELL! Unless of course I sell the tickets for that show. ADVISE ME!!!
